It bridges the gap between intelligence analysts and collection teams to efficiently collect intelligence, conduct technical targeting, and provide valuable all-source analysis against numerous mission sets.
“We aim to make the client’s mission our mission. We consider their challenges, roadblocks, and accomplishments to be ours, and this mission-focused approach enables us to be their go-to partner,” adds Nalley.
Nalley Consulting’s business model enables clients to attain their mission byencouraging wide-ranging coordination across intelligence agencies and offices, allowing the development of comprehensive intelligence collection strategies. For instance, when a client reached out to the company with a hard-to-collect intelligence target, personnelsprung to prompt action. Nalley Consulting coordinated with 17 different offices across multiple elements of the IC to gather comprehensive information focused on the target’s vulnerabilities. After intelligence collection, Nalley personnelalso helped the client identify the technology needed to complete the target package. “As we didn’t have enough resources to build that technology ourselves at the time, we partnered with another market player. Forging our partner’s technology with our experience, skill sets, and expertise, we quickly analyzed the intelligence gaps, came up with a strategy that targeted the intelligence need, and submitted the package through their ops board. We worked throughout the cycle to gather information, and based on that, the client approved and implemented the technology for real-life utilization,” Nalley says.
I believe that if you take care of your people, they will take care of the mission
