Established in 2013, TEC Solutions is the brainchild of three visionaries—Aaron Esposita, Rob Cowan, and Matthew Tallent—who shared the same vision to provide unrivaled advisory support to advanced R&D projects. Today, TEC Solutions serves as a leader in the R&D advisory space that works directly with multiple government clients, supporting a myriad of highly critical missions. This includes, but not limited to, providing technical expertise in hypersonic flight and advanced aerospace platforms, propulsion system design and integration, and flight demonstrations and testing. The company also has in-depth expertise in next-gen surface and undersea warfare systems, ground vehicle and dismounted soldier technologies, robotics, and remote sensing.

The company takes a bottom-up approach to program control, acquisition support, and contracting to provide mission success within the estimated budget and timeframe. The team also defines and tracks financial and contractual performance metrics, highlights operational risks, and recommends strategies to mitigate them.
